The Saltire Rally Club Ltd will promote the ‘Edradour’ Saltire Classic Rally on Sunday, 3rd March 2013, under a Clubman Targa Road Rally Permit and, for other cars not qualifying within Targa Regulations, a Clubman Historic Rally Permit. The event will Start and Finish at the Birnam Hotel, Perth Road, Birnam, Dunkeld, Perthshire PH8 0AA.
